OUR STORY

Hi, my name is Jon Rizzo and I love adventure by bicycle and making stuff.

I started sewing in 2009 when I became a Waldorf kindergarten teacher. I sewed little pouches, dolls, tote bags, and puppets for my students. During the pandemic I sewed at least 100 face masks and sent them all over the country to friends and family. Now during the day I teach woodworking and sewing at a Waldorf charter school in Grand Junction, Colorado and in my off hours I love hiking and biking into remote places. In 2022 when I couldn’t find a frame bag to fit my new drop bar mountain bike, I made my own. Flash forward a few years and here I am still sewing bicycle bags and running Pizza Box Designs. I’m glad you are here!
