Custom work takes time and each bag is handmade and I work hard to make sure each bag is constructed with care and quality. There is no return on custom work. But things happen, you change your mind, you sell the bike, the thread fails and zippers break.They get wet and muddy, drug over rocks and logs, they get poked by branches… So what ever happens to your bag I will replace or repair it at minimal or no cost to you other than shipping.

I will also offer store credit depending on the situation

If it’s my fault it’s free.

If it’s your fault it’s just parts and labor.
